Is Omazic really free for owners?
Yes. Listing, matching, proposals, chat and signing are free for property owners. Operators pay a subscription to be listed.
Who can see my phone number and email?
Nobody, until you accept a proposal. Operators only see your property details and photos.
How are operators verified?
We check business and identity documents and proof of hosting before an operator can appear. Certified operators also pass a track-record assessment.
Am I obliged to sign with anyone?
No. You can decline proposals, pause your listing or delete it at any time.
What arrangements can I choose?
Revenue share, fixed monthly rent, a management fee, or a minimum guarantee plus a share. Operators show which they offer.

Plans start at ₹1,999/month + GST, with a 14-day free trial after verification.
How long does verification take?
Usually within 2 working days once all documents are uploaded.
How do I become Omazic Certified?
Verified operators with a proven portfolio and ratings can request an assessment from their dashboard.
Can individuals join?
Yes — individual hosts and companies are both welcome; we verify the person instead of a company.
