- GST registration (companies)
- Certificate of incorporation or partnership deed
- Government ID of the authorised person
- Proof of hosting: Airbnb profile or listings managed
Omazic Certified
Track-record assessment (selected operators)
- Verified for at least 30 days, with no unresolved complaints
- Portfolio of 5+ homes under active management
- Guest rating of 4.5 or above on major platforms
- Positive owner reviews on Omazic, where available
- Reviewed again every 12 months; removed if standards slip
