We collect the information needed to run the marketplace: your name, email, mobile number, property details and, for operators, verification documents.
How we use it
To verify accounts, match owners and operators, send one-time codes and service messages, and keep the platform safe. We never sell personal data.
Sharing
Owner contact details are shared with an operator only after the owner accepts that operator's proposal. Verification documents are seen only by Omazic staff.
Security
Passwords are stored as strong one-way hashes, one-time codes expire after 10 minutes, documents are stored privately and every access to them is logged.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data from Account & security or by writing to us. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
